Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 28.10.2024 passed by Deputy Commissioner of Police, Rural/Lines, Commissionerate, Ghaziabad whereby petitioner while working on the post of Traffic Sub-Inspector (TSI-36) in Commissionerate Ghaziabad, has been placed under suspension." 4.
