Pursuant to the order dated 04.12.2024, learned standing counsel has produced instruction dated 11.12.2024, which is taken on record. 3. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent no. 3 to release the salary for the period 1.6.2014 to 7.09.2014 and 23.01.2017 to 31.01.2017. ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to add annual increment in the petitioner's salary since 2014 & pay arrears and interest on the delayed payment forthwith." 4.
