Hon'ble Neeraj Tiwari,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned suspension order dated 3.9.2024 passed by respondent no. 2, the Commandant, 5th Battalion Special Security Forces Saharanpur at 44th Battalion PAC, Meerut to writ petition." 3. Learned standing counsel has produced instruction dated 20.11.2024, which is taken on record. As per instruction, he stated that charge sheet has been served to the petitioner on 21.09.2024, but till date, petitioner has not filed reply. 4. Under such facts of the case, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file reply of charge sheet within two weeks along with certified copy of this order and in case, reply has been filed, enquiry officer is directed to conclude the enquiry within four weeks thereaf
