Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "i). issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent for appoint on the post of CT/ Cook in Paramedical staff in department of CRPF. ii) issue a writ order rule or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the salary and other benefits of the post of CT/ Cook as such post paramedical staff in CRPF department." 3.
