He further submitted that as per law settled by the Apex Court in service dispute only aggrieved person can file petition, therefore, petition is not maintainable and liable to be dismissed. Therefore, under such facts and circumstances, petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs.
