Hon'ble Neeraj Tiwari,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the respondents. 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he does not want to press the petition, therefore, it may be dismissed as not pressed. He further submitted that petitioner would submit his joining at the transferred place at the earliest and further requested that after joining, he may be permitted to move representation before the concerned respondent for redressal of his grievance, for which learned Standing Counsel has no objection. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, liberty is given to petitioner to move fresh representation after submission of his joining at the transferred place.
