Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned show cause notice dated 14.10.2024 passed by District Agriculture Officer, Firozabad. (ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the concerned respondents to release the salary and other attached benefits forthwith. (iii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the concerned respondents to restore the services of the petitioner and reinstate him on the original department/ post. (iv) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the concerned respondents to decide the representations of the petitioner." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not pressing
