Heard Sri Ashok Khare, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Ram Janam Shahi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shashi Dhar Sahai, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he does not want to press the petition, therefore, it may be dismissed as not pressed. He further submitted that petitioner would submit his joining at the transferred place at the earliest and further requested that after joining, he may be permitted to move representation before the concerned respondent for redressal of his grievance, for which Sri Shashi Dhar Sahai, learned counsel for the respondents has no objection. 3.
