Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Jai Prakash Rai, learned counsel for respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "A). A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to issue the joining letter of the Central Reserved Police Force Paramedical Staff Examination 2020 and give opportunity in selection." 3. This Court vide order dated 11.11.2024 had directed to Sri Jai Prakash Rai, learned counsel to seek instruction. 4. Pursuant to order dated 11.11.2024, Sri Rai, learned counsel has produced instruction dated 5.11.2024, which is taken on record. As per instruction, petitioner has obtained 55 marks in written/ CBT examination whereas last selected candidate has obtained 73 marks in written/ CBT examination, therefore, he has not been declared successful. 5.
