Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "(I) To issue the writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order/letter dated 20.07.2024 passed by the respondent no. 5, to this writ petition; (II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay interest to the petitioner on the delayed/late payment of withheld gratuity amount Rs. 66,751/- payable to the petitioner." 3.
