Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to pay the arrears of salary since 10.05.2007 to 31.07.2010 retiral benefits G.P.F, Group Insurance, Nagdikaran etc. as well as pension since August 2010 with interest." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed representation dated 12.08.2024 before respondent No. 3, but till date no decision has been taken. Lastly, it is submitted that a direction may be issued to respondent No. 3 to decide the aforesaid representation within a stipulated time, for which learned standing counsel has no objection. 4.
