Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 18.10.2024 passed by the respondent no. 2; (b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to consider and transfer the petitioner on the vacant post of Statistical Officer at nearby districts of Moradabad Zone, Moradabad." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed representation dated 28.05.2024 before respondent No. 3, but no decision has been taken till date.
