Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "i). to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to initiate departmental proceeding against the respondent no. 3 who has obtained the service by concealment of the facts. ii) to issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation of petitioner dated 24.06.2023." 3.
