At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents has raised preliminary objection and submitted that petitioner is having alternative remedy to file original application before Central Administrative Tribunal (in short 'CAT'), therefore, petition may be dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed with liberty to petitioner to file original application before CAT, if so desired.
