Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.5 to consider the regularization of the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 17.12.2020 passed by respondent no.2 in accordance with law. 2). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.5 to decide the representation dated 20.07.2022 submitted by the petitioner for the regularization of his service being daily wagers pursuant to the order dated 17.12.2020 passed by respondent no.2." 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed representation dated 20.07.2022 before respondent No.5, but till date no decision has been taken.
