Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "1. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 24.06.2024 passed by District Panchayat Raj Officer, Saharanpur, respondent no. 4. 2. issue any other suitable writ petition, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent authorities not to take coercive action in pursuance to the impugned order dated 24.06.2024." 3. When the case was taken up on 06.01.2025, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that punishment order has been passed without following Rule 7 of U.P. Government Servant (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999 ( in short 'Rules, 1999') and considering this fact, earlier in similarly situated Writ-A No. 16275 of 2024, this Court has quashed the punishment order and allowed the petition vide order
