Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a Block Level Technical Assistant and vide impugned order dated 08.08.2024 he was allotted the work of certain Gram Panchayats which is against the letter/instruction dated 15.03.2021 issued by the Commissioner Rural Development, U.P. at Lucknow. As per the said letter the work of Gram Panchayat cannot be allotted to a Block Level Technical Assistant.
