The petitioner is seeking direction upon the respondent no. 2 and 3 to grant family pension to the petitioner. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.1 and Sri S.K.Verma, learned counsel appears for respondent no. 2 and 3. With their consent this writ petition is being finally disposed of in terms of the Rules of the Court. 4. The facts which have led to the filing of this writ petition lie in a narrow compass. The petitioner's father Bhavan Dayal who was Bandi Rakshak in Central Jail, Agra unfortunately, died during service on 26.09.1965. Thereafter, the mother of the petitioner continued to get family pension but she also passed away on 23.11.2023. 5.
