Hon'ble Neeraj Tiwari,J. 1.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State- respondents. 2.Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "1). Issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authority to pay regular pension, Gratuity, Insurance and GPF and other retiral dues, if any to the petitioner. 2). Issue a suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 03.09.2024." 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed representation dated 03.09.2024 before respondent No.3, but no decision has been taken till date. 4.Learned standing counsel submitted that petitioner may be directed to file fresh representation before respondent No. 4 namely Superintendent of Police, Bijnaur, U.P.. He further subm
