The present petition has been filed stating that petitioner has retired from the post of Reader in Rajkiya Ayurvedic Degree College, Handia, District Prayagraj on 31.08.2020. 3. It is stated that by the order dated 26.07.2024 respondent no.4 has directed that a sum of Rs. 22,50, 608/- is liable to be recovered from the petitioner which is contrary to law. 4. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel argues that the recovery certificate has been issued on account of wrong fixation of salary. 5.
