Case was heard on 4.10.2024, Court has passed the following order:- "The first petitioner, Ashish Yadav is a Driver with the Tehsildar, Sadar, Prayagraj, part of the establishment of the Collectorate, Prayagraj, whereas the second petitioner, Ram Abhilash Saroj is a Driver with the City Magistrate, Unnao. The first petitioner seeks transfer to the Collector's establishment at Unnao, whereas the second petitioner seeks the transfer from Unnao to Prayagraj. The District Magistrate, Prayagraj has granted a No Objection Certificate to the first petitioner for his transfer from Prayagraj to Unnao, whereas the District Magistrate, Unnao has also issued a No Object Certificate to the second petitioner's transfer from Unnao to Prayagaj. Both these NOCs have gone to the Commissioner & Secretary, Board of Revenue, U.P. at Luckno
