For the purpose, the Collector, Baghpat has issued a No Objection Certificate dated 24.06.2024 and the Collector, Kanpur Nagar on his part has addressed his No Objection to the Commissioner & Secretary, Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow, the authority competent to pass necessary orders of transfer. This is one is dated 27.06.2024. In the circumstances, the Commissioner & Secretary, Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow shall show cause by filing own affidavit on or before 23.10.2024 why the petitioner's case for transfer has not been considered and necessary orders made.
