Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to handover possession of the accommodation in question i.e. House no. E-35, Government Colony Raidopur, Azamgarh, in pursuance of of the allotment dated 19.10.2023 passed by Respondent no. 6 within specific period filed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Pursuant to order dated 11.9.2024, learned standing counsel has filed personal affidavit of respondent no. 3, which is taken on record. On the basis of personal affidavit, learned standing counsel has informed that possession of house in question has been given to the petitioner and in this regard, petitioner has also written letter to A.D.M. (Administration), Azamgarh. Therefore, petition may be dismissed as infructuous. 4.
