Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "i). issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to provide gratuity to the petitioner within stipulated period as fix by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of petition, pursuant to order dated 21.10.2024, gratuity has been paid to the petitioner without interest. He next submitted that direction may be issued to pay the interest of gratuity within stipulated period of time, which is not objected by learned standing counsel. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent to pay the interest @ 6% on the amount of gratuity from due date to the date of actual payment, maximum within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified co
