Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned suspension order dated 24.7.2024 bearing in patrank 535/Vai0Saha0/Vya0Ptra0-Gra0Vi0A0/ 2024-25 passed by District Development Officer, Moradabad/ Respondent No. 4." 3. Learned standing counsel informed that during pendency of present petition, vide orders dated 31.12.2024/2.1.2025, departmental proceeding has been completed and certain punishment has also been awarded to the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that present petition may be dismissed as infructuous with liberty to file fresh challenging the orders dated 31.12.2024/2.1.2025, which is not objected by learned standing counsel. 5.
