Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State-respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has filed amendment application for necessary amendment in the prayer, therefore, the same may be allowed for which learned standing counsel has no objection. 3. Accordingly, amendment application is allowed. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary amendment during the course of the day. Order on Writ Petition 1. The present petition has been filed stating that the petitioner has retired from the post of Head Constable (Civil Police) on 30.04.2021. 2. It is stated that after the retirement, certain dues amounting Rs. 6,20,860/- have been deducted/ recovered from the post retiral benefit which according to the petitioner is contrary to law. 3. Earlier, this Court had directed to learned standing counse
