Hon'ble Neeraj Tiwari,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State-respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent authorities to grant family pension to the petitioner on the ground of disability after the death of his mother. b) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to decide, within stipulated period of time, the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2024 regarding disability pension in the name of the petitioner after the death of his mother." 3. Learned standing counsel submitted that respondent no. 4 is the authority to pass order, petitioner may be directed to file fresh representation before respondent No. 4. He further submitted that in case any such representation is filed, the same shall be considered and d
