Learned counsel for the petitioner is not present, whereas, learned standing counsel is present. 2. Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respoonents to pay the petitioner the amount of his medical reimbursement claim forthwith." 3. Learned standing counsel submitted that now amount of Rs. 10,22,814/- has been paid to the petitioner against the claim of Rs. 10,76,646/- after deducting income tax to the tune of Rs. 53,832/-, therefore petition may be dismissed as infuctuous. 4. I have considered the compliance affidavit dated 23.10.2023 along with order dated 09.10.2024, by which approval of payment of Rs. 10,76,646/- to petitioner against his medical reimbursement has been given and as per compliance affidavit amount of Rs. 10,22,814/- has been paid to petitioner after deducting income tax to the
