Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the State-respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to pay the salary/honorarium of the petitioner from the month of July 2023 to April 2024, within stipulated time period." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court vide order dated 31.08.2024 has directed respondent no. 4 to file personal affidavit. In compliance of order dated 31.08.2024 compliance affidavit has been filed wherein it has been mentioned that attendance of petitioner for the time period in question was zero, therefore, he has not been paid salary for that period. 4.
