Hon'ble Neeraj Tiwari,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State-respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 22.05.2024 passed by the respondent no. 5 against the petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 22.05.2024 passed by respondent no. 5. In the said order, petitioner was permitted to file representation before respondent no. 2 for appointment on compassionate ground. It is next submitted that earlier, respondent no. 4 has sought clarification for relaxation of age, but till date, same has not been provided. Lastly, it is submitted that a direction may be issued to respondent No. 2 to grant relaxation and further respondent no. 4 may also be directed to appoint petitioner on compassionate ground. 4
