Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of present petitioner, petitioner has been given appointment on the post of Class IV employee on 12.09.2024, whereas, she is entitled for appointment on the post of Class III employee. He next submitted that present petition may be dismissed with liberty to file fresh petition for appointment on the post of Class III employee. 3.
