Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to open sealed cover regarding the promotion of the petitioner over the post of Head Constable. II) Issue a writ,order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 4 to grant ACPs and other monetary benefits admissible to the petitioner which are given to the persons who have been appointed along with the petitioner as so mentioned in the Para No. 30 of the present writ petition. III) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.4r to release the salary of the petitioner for the period of 09.01.2009 till 21.04.2022." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that prayer No. (I) has already been granted to the petition
