Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for the state-respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the order dated 19.06.2022 passed by respondent No. 1 placing the petitioner under suspension. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now the inquiry has been completed and further, petitioner has been reinstated in service with effect from 17.10.2024. He next submitted that under such facts of the case, present petition may be disposed of with direction to respondent No. 2 to pay the subsistence allowance to the petitioner for the period of suspension. 4.Learned standing counsel submitted that petitioner may be directed to file fresh representation before respondent No. 2.
