It is stated that a representation, dated 01.08.2024, was addressed to the Chief Minister as also certain other State functionaries, which did not elicit any response at all. 3. We are of the opinion that we cannot get into a roving inquiry with a view to determine exact value of the land which has been acquired as also 2 HCJ & RC,J WP(PIL)_5_2025 the compensation which has been paid accordingly to the private respondents.
