Heard both sides. On hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 10.01.2025, the writ petition was disposed of, directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 03.02.2024 and pass appropriate reasoned orders in accordance with law within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. On that date, it was also requested to further direct the respondent No.6 not to take any coercive steps pursuant to show cause notice dated 21.12.2024 pending disposal 2 of the appeal before respondent No.1.
