The Court made the following Order: The petitioner is challenging the proceedings dated 12.07.2011, whereby the respondents deleted the name of the petitioner from list of selection panel. It is submitted that the petitioner was appointed as a driver on a casual basis in March 2009 and was directed to undergo the medical examination. 2. It is submitted that the petitioner could not attend medical examination as he was suffering with chickungunya fever. It is also submitted that the petitioner informed the same to his employer.
