GP FOR SERVICES IV The Court made the following: ORDER Impugning the proceedings issued vide No.63/2024/DVC/PRP/B4/16th, dated 15.11.2024 (Ex.P2), whereby suspending the petitioner (temporarily out of contract), the above writ petition is filed. 2. The petitioner was appointed as a Field Assistant at Pedaramabhadrapuram village, Payakaraopeta Mandal, Anakapalli District, by the 4th respondent in the year 2017 and since then, petitioner has been discharging her duties. In the social audit conducted from 19.06.2024 to 04.07.202, irregularities were pointed out and hence, the petitioner was directed to pay an amount of Rs.29,323/-, however, the petitioner failed to pay the said amount.
