The petitioner has challenged the in-action of the 2nd respondents in not considering his representation dated 17.01.2013, and conducting an enquiry and passing orders of 5th respondent as unreasonable. 2. The petitioner was aged 48 years when the writ petition was filed and now the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. 3. As seen from the pleadings in the writ petition, there appear to be some family disputes between the family of the petitioner and the 5th respondent.
