The petitioner is challenging the proceedings dated 16.08.2013 whereby the Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, Visakhapatnam-respondents 1 and 2 [hereinafter referred to as ‘the University’] rejected the request of the petitioner for grant of a time -2- W.P. No.34888 OF 2013 scale in the cadre of the Assistant Librarian/ Deputy Librarian on par with other teaching staff. 2. The petitioner worked as a Library Assistant from 2009 to 2014. He completed post-graduation in M.L.I.Sc. (Master of Library and Inf
