Petitioner, Field Assistant, Shigupalli Gram Panchayat, Parigi Mandal, Sri Satya Sai District, filed the above writ petition to declare the action of respondents 5 and 6 in not allowing the petitioner to discharge duties, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 5th respondent issued a show cause notice dated 05.08.2024 (Ex.P1). The petitioner submitted an explanation dated 07.08.2024 (Ex.P2). Without passing any order, resp
