The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: Precisely, the Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in restraining the petitioner from appearing for the B. Tech (C.S.E.) 3rd 1st Semester examinations scheduled to be commenced from 10.12.2024 in 1st Respondent University College. 2. This Court vide order dated 10.12.2024, directed the respondents to permit/ allow the petitioner for the aforesaid examination and the respondents have permitted the petitioner for the said examination. Therefore, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy of appeal. There shall be no order as to costs.
