The said appointment is under challenge. The appointment was only for a period of three years and the said period was already completed and no cause is survives in this writ petition and no further orders are necessary in this matter and hence the Writ Petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel
