The Challenge in the Writ Petition is reconstitution of Andhra Pradesh State Waqf Board and appointment of Members to the Waqf Board U/s 14(1)(b) of the Waqf Act, 1995. This Court granted interim stay in the initial stage and later it was vacated. Thereupon, the board was constituted. Thereafter, in the year 2020 another Board was appointed and period of the Board was also completed. Again new Waqf Board was appointed on 16.12.2024 pursuant to the orders of this Court. Therefore, no cause is survives in this Writ Petition and
