Challenging the inaction of the 2nd Respondent Waqf Board in according permission for conduct of Annual Urs Ceremonies held between 1st and 3rd November, 2021 without considering the representation dated 14.10.2021of the Petitioner, the present Writ Petition is filed. The conduct of Urs Ceremony is every year affairs the Urs Ceremony is already over and no cause is survives for further adjudication in this matter and hence, the writ petition becomes infructuous.
