GP FOR EDUCATION The Court made the following: 2 ORDER:- The petitioner is challenging the transfer proceedings dated 24.07.2012, whereby the 2nd respondent posted the 6th respondent as Librarian in place of the petitioner at the 5th respondent College. 2. This Court vide order dated 03.08.2012 has recorded that the Commissioner of Intermediate Education/2nd respondent was transferring Lecturers back and forth private aided Colleges and Government Colleges and has suspended the impugned proceedings. 3. The learned Government Pleader submits that the 6th respondent has also attained the age of superannuation. 4. Considering the nature of prayer in the writ petition challenging the transfer proceedings, the cause in the writ petition would not survive any further. 5.
