The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the appointment of the 4th respondent as the professor in Geoinformatics and the further appointment of the 4th respondent as the Registrar of the 1st respondent university. The petitioner submits that the said appointment is contrary to the guidelines of the 3rd respondent. 3. Be that as it may, the appointment of the 4th respondent is under challenge in the present writ petition. During the pendency of 2 the writ petition, the 4th respondent has attained the age of superannuation.
