The non-payment of Subsistence Allowance is also challenged. 2. This Court vide order dated 21.08.2012 directed the respondents to release the arrears of Subsistence Allowance payable to the petitioner within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of that order. 3. The petitioner must have also attained the age of superannuation during the pendency of the writ petition.
