The learned counsel appearing for the respondents’ corporation submits that the petitioners have filed the present writ petition challenging the dual job of conductor and driver entrusted to the petitioners, who are drivers. The respondent corporation had entrusted the job of operating Ticket Issuing Machine to the drivers, as such, they were also required to discharge the role of a conductor. 3. This Court granted interim direction dated 25.07.2012 suspending the impugned proceedings. 4. The learned Standing Counsel submits that, in view of the amendment to Rule 72
