This Court, vide proceedings dated 21.08.2014 granted interim direction as prayed for. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is still continuing in service in pursuance of the interim orders granted by this Court, as a contract residential teacher. The 2 writ petition is disposed off in terms of the interim orders granted by this Court, leaving it open for the respondents to take steps for appointing a contract residential teacher on regular terms. 4.
