This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not following the procedure under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. in the event of any crime registered or already registered against the petitioner. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader upon receipt of the written instructions by the 2nd respondent submits that no case 2 has been registered against the petitioner in Ongole taluka police station.
